How to Book

• We will hold the booking for 7 days pending receipt of a completed Booking Form and your Deposit.

• Once you are happy with our Booking Conditions complete the Booking Form and return it to us with your non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per person.

• On receipt of your completed Booking Form and Deposit we will send you a Confirmation of Booking and Invoice which will tell you when the balance is due. Please check the Confirmation and Invoice carefully.

• The balance of the cost of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival at Chalet Gueret. If you are booking within 9 weeks of the start of your holiday, the total holiday cost is payable with the Booking Form.

• We can accept payment by:
  Cheque in £
  Credit card (Mastercard or Visa only)
  Bank transfer
  
  We will send you our bank details on request.
  
  Cheques should be made payable to Sunski Properties Ltd.
  
  If you are paying by Bank Transfer please give the Party Leader’s name or your Invoice Number as a reference.
